Customer care and Sales
Replies to customers, rates inquiries and keeps in touch.

Start up to 100 inquiries. Pro up to 400: PLN 790.
The whole team
All roles in one package.
PLN 1,190 / month
Separately PLN 1,360. You save PLN 170 a month.
Monthly price, excluding VAT. SMS and phone call costs depend on the operator and are agreed with you before the start. Reception, the Executive assistant and Marketing are new: we set them up with you and tune them during the pilot.

Setup covers preparing the role for your company, a test and the first two weeks of tuning. You can add another role at any time.
Customer care and Sales: Start and Pro
Customer care and Sales include: a reply to the customer in about a minute, a priority rating and summary for you, reminders after 2 and 6 days and a weekly report.

The company profile is the text the assistant works from: services, region, contact hours, rules. Every plan starts with a short profile written together with you. In Pro we tailor it more closely and review the results every month.

Enter your own numbers. We assume nothing for you.
The result shows a break-even threshold, not a promise. The assistant does not sell for you; it replies fast and sorts inquiries. With fewer than 3 form inquiries a month a pilot shows little. Then it is better to wait or start with a conversation.
How the pilot works
30 days from the day the form is on your website
Free of charge, the full scope of the role you choose (for Customer care and Sales up to 100 inquiries).
Three numbers at the start and after 30 days
Number of inquiries, time to first reply and number of hot inquiries. We record them on the start date and after 30 days.
Report and decision
After 30 days we show the report and ask whether you want to continue, and with which roles. If not, we ask why.
An honest opinion
We ask for your opinion after the results. If it is deserved and you agree, we name you as a reference. We never write opinions on behalf of customers.
Distributor, manufacturer or association
Want to offer the assistant to the installers in your network? We start with a pilot with a few companies. Terms are agreed individually.
Good to know
- Prices are in zloty and exclude VAT. The price in the agreement applies.
- SMS and phone call costs (Reception) are charged by the operator at its own price list. We agree this with you before the start.
- When you approach the inquiry limit of Customer care and Sales, you move from Start to Pro.
